What is the estimated time for completing my order?

Each order is thoughtfully crafted with love and care. Our standard turnaround time is up to 8 business days for regular orders. During peak periods such as Christmas and Easter, processing times may vary. We are committed to providing the fastest turnaround possible.

What is the shipping time? Do you offer delivery or pick-up options?

In addition to processing times, standard shipping with Australia Post typically takes 2-7 business days, while express shipping usually takes 1-4 business days. For more precise estimates, please check the Australia Post website.

At this time, we do not offer pick-up options but if you live locally to our studio then we'd be happy to drop your order at your home.

I have an event which I require a bulk order for. How can I proceed with this?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or is missing?

We ensure that your items are carefully packaged, but occasionally issues during transit may cause damage or result in missing items. If this occurs, please reach out to us right away with photos of the damage and the packaging as it arrived. We’ll address the issue as promptly as possible.

Can I make changes to my purchase after placing the order?

Please inform us within 24 hours of your purchase if you need any adjustments or corrections. If you do not notify us within this timeframe, additional costs may apply.
